Swissôtel Resort Kolasin

Nieuw hotel, 30 minuten van het centrum. Dichtbij skiliften en skipistes Ondergrondse parkeergarage Mooi appartement, met ruime kamers. Prima badkamer. Ontbijt was met bediening, wel erg traag Een beperkte kaart voor het avondmaal, wel heel erg lekker eten. Heel vriendelijk personeel

The rooms are very nicely done, a lot of wood, that was great. Unfortunately neither a pool nor a sauna were available, which is a shame. This despite the fact that when booking in February 2024 it was shown that both a pool and a sauna were available. That was very disappointing. The view from the room is nice, but the ventilation from the adjacent building is very loud. People who are sensitive to noise cannot sleep with the window open. Unfortunately, the rain shower in the room was calcified and only worked partially. The dinner was great, but also very expensive. The wine was overpriced. I had to ask for the free welcome drink as an All Accor Silver Member, so unfortunately it was not proactively offered. The breakfast was very good, but unfortunately we had to wait almost an hour. But it was still worth it. Overall it was a good stay, but not a very good one. Price of around CHF 240 / Euro 240 per room is OK, but more would be too expensive.
