The building company has a shared warehouse with a laundry room (washing machine and 2 clothes drying cabinets) and a ski-lubricating rack for free use by the residents. In addition, apartment-specific cage storage, e.g. for storing skis.
Internet connection: Fiber optic 200/200 Mbps, WiFi6. IPTV: Maxivision basic package.
Air heat pump for additional heating and cooling.
Note An electric car can be charged from a heating pole with a current of 8 A between 00:00 and 16:00. Ylälänsi is a cozy three storey loft house in a calm area nearby ski slopes and ski trails. There are 11 apartments in the house. The closest ski lift is Länsiraja (check opening hours www.yllas.fi). Final cleaning is included in the prices. Bed linen can be rented. Pets are not allowed.
Reservations start at 6 pm and end at 11 am. If there is no previous customer departure on the same day, the reservation starts at 4 pm.
