While it is not far from the Yllas ski resort and close to the Yllas swing, I would not say it is at an excellent location as it requires a further 15-min drive from the ski resort to get there. The room is okay and the beds are comfy. However, the hotel is relatively old and therefore, do not expect it to be as grand and fascinating as the new ones. The heater was not working properly during my stay in December last year but luckily the nights were not very cold. The breakfast is good and the private spa is fascinating.

I went to Äkäslompolo to run the Nuts Ylläs Pallas 37km and chose the hotel for its proximity to the starting line. The hotel needs some renovation, but despite the bad reviews it was overall better than I expected. Staff was super helpful and friendly, the bed was extremely comfortable (a must before and after a race), the private sauna was amazing and cherry on top, breakfast was absolutely delicious and with a wide range of choice!

Visited here for a skiweekend with my kid, basicly everything worked - but property is getting too worn-out for these prices… Explanation is always ”Lappi-style”, but it is really not that you get in real-life. Breakfast was excellent and ”breakfastboat” definitely a precious piece of restaurant art. Btw, first skiingcentre for a decade where you must pay for a skibus with a Ticket (not hotel’s fault!). But okay, sauna was warm and we got beds to sleep

Ophélie aura été la meilleure animatrice du monde animation était très bonne le réfectoire était bon surtout les frites l’accueille était aimable les chambres étaient très confortable même si les marche d’escalier était petite la plage horaire de la restauration était plutôt restreinte en effet le repas du soir était très tôt.

Un voyage magique ! Des paysages sublimes, des activités inoubliables et une ambiance unique. L’hôtel est très bien, l’animation était vraiment extra, je vous recommande fortement ! Le village est mignon et le spot au lac est super, surtout pour les Aurore Boréale ! Hâte d’y retourner !”

Hôtel très agréable, bien placé, les chambres sont grandes, salle de bain chauffée tout le temps par chauffage au sol donc très agréable. Toute l’équipe de l’hôtel est très serviable, souriante et disponible. Le restaurant propose des repas variés. L’équipe d’animation au top (mars 2025). Les excursions incluses sont superbes, bien organisées avec des guides compétents et passionnés. Semaine au top avec des aurores boréales au rdv… un grand merci à toute l’équipe

Hôtel à taille familiale, c'est très agréable. Nous avions une chambre triple pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant (7 ans). Taille convenable, un grand dressing, c'est important avec les grosses combinaisons et chaussures. Il y a un réfrigérateur, une bouilloire, tasses, des dosettes café et thé. Une découverte pour nous : le sauna ! C'est chose courante en Laponie, belle découverte, nous en avons profité plusieurs soirs. Le bémol est sur le confort des lits (couettes et oreillers ok) Et les chambres méritent un coup de neuf. Nous avons bien mangé au restaurant. Le cadre est très agréable. Toute l'équipe de l'hôtel était agréable et souriante. Merci !
