Kokonoe Hotels with Wi-Fi

I went to the front desk to borrow scissors to return to the pack box in the room, but was refused because a guest used scissors to cut his veins and committed suicide. I immediately asked if it was my room, but the front desk staff did not answer. She only asked me to take my things to the front desk to tidy up. The room was outdoors, about 5 minutes away from the front desk, and it was raining tonight. I had a lot of things to tidy up and I could not get wet, so I refused. Finally, she sent someone to the room to take the scissors to watch me until I returned the scissors on the spot. I am very dissatisfied

The bed should be paved by yourself. The hotel is relatively deserted. It can only be ordered in the hotel. It tastes good. There is no Chinese service. The English ability is also average, but the people are very good. We also drive us to the ski resort. The hotel has only eight rooms. It’s not a weekend trip, we have two rooms, it feels good, the soup is great.

The hotel has free parking, we are self-driving and the vehicle management is orderly. The rooms are spacious and bright, clean and tidy. The breakfast is rich and varied, and the Japanese cuisine is delicious. Soak up the hot springs, make a cup of tea, and wash away the tiredness of the day. The surrounding nine major suspension bridges are the longest and tallest bridge in Japan and are worth a look.

Hotel rooms are very clean and calm. The food was good, with good content and good taste.

Highly recommended. It is one of the best hot spring hotels I have ever stayed in! After checking the reviews of some nearby accommodation online, I decided to choose this place. I made the right choice~ The person who received me was the hotel manager. He was very nice and polite. When I checked out, I also gave us two coupons for the ski resort next door. Thank you so much❤️ What I like most about this place is that there is an independent hot spring pool in the room. You can take a bath anytime you want in the room. The room is very spacious, you can eat and chat in the tatami area, and the heating in the room is sufficient. The free Naikiri hot spring bath is also great. It is enough for four people. It is different from the hot spring scenery in the room. It is highly recommended to try it. The CP value is very high. I was very full after both meals. The dishes were pretty good (although I don’t like sashimi). The small plates were quite exquisite. The black beans for dessert were amazing. I don’t usually eat black beans, but I ate them all. . Drinks are payable a la carte, but they are super cheap! You can have a few more drinks😋 It's suitable for self-driving. There are relatively few things or shops nearby. It's recommended for people who want to have a good time in a hotel, relax and have a good vacation! I would like to come back with my family in the future.

Room is clean and spacious. Forest view is calming. Onsen water is authentic and superb!! Service is excellent , all staffs are very friendly, welcoming and professional. We chose the dinner plan I think it worths the money we paid for ! The food is delicious and we enjoy the kaiseki dinner very much! Thank you for the hospitality and we really want to return in the future!

It is located in a mountain valley, so it is recommended if you rent a car to get there. If not, it is better to just go to Yufuin. Dinner was really plentiful as I heard, and breakfast was also satisfactory. Be sure to bring cash as cards are not accepted. It takes about 40 minutes by car to get to a convenience store where you can withdraw cash.
