Good access to Kuju mountains and beautiful surroundings. Sleeping pillow was a bit stiff but managable. Five spacious private onsen, whereof always at least one was free for us. Great breakfast and dinner, but also breakfast and lunch boxes for hiking available. Has a small nice shop with beverages and food.

I was looking forward to staying at this inn for the first time, but the room I chose was the cheapest room in the tenement house, and it wasn't worth the price. There were several children next door who were very noisy, so I couldn't relax and I contacted the front desk twice, but they didn't help me. The large public bath was under construction and the open-air bath was not available, the family bath could not be locked, and the washing area, the bottom of the bathtub, and the changing room were not well cleaned, which was disappointing. I walked outside the premises for meals, but they were just average. I think it's better to request a room in advance.

I booked this accommodation with good memories from Kuoritei, but the accommodation is small, the facilities are old, and there is no soundproofing. There is only a toilet and a sink in the room, no shower.
The family bath and public bath are separate from the accommodation, so you have to go back and forth.
The distance is too far, so I will never go there again.
