Wooden apartment in semi-detached house, built in 1990, living room with 2 beds, bedroom with 2 beds, mattresses on the loft (deep stairs to the loft, height of the loft is 1,45 at highest), kitchen corner, electric sauna, wash room/toilet, vestibule, storage. Apartment in semi-detached house in Holiday Village which is located in scenic and traditional Jokijärvi village. Hiking path. Campfire site by shore (in shared use). Also caravans in the area.
Cottage owner has private Lumbering and log floating museum, small entrance fee.
Jokijärvi cultural sites e.g. famous author Kalle Päätalo's childhood home Kallioniemi 2 km, Kylmäluoma recreational area 20 km, gorge lake Julma Ölkky 40 km, Taivalkoski, e.g. old traditional Jalava store 24 km.
Hunting: small game hunting area Etelä-Taivalkoski 5622 (www.eraluvat.fi). License of local hunting club available from shop (12 km).
