Really surprised by hospitality and rooms. Not expected for such wonderful surprise. Very attentive and helpful staff. Rooms were new , super clean with all amenities. Extra heater provided in rooms. Hotel staff arranged safari , packed breakfast for early morning safari. Every thing was smooth. Must visit property. Specifically Mr Asad khan and mr vijay.

No compromise on quality. Excellent service and hospitality. Food and stay were of top quality and nourishing. The facility is well maintained. All the gates for Pench national park were close. We were near the forest. The out door facility in the resort were good.

Excellent location and services. Food quality awesome.. Safari pickup from the hotel itself and they packed breakfast for our morning safari. They should improve on better maintenance of basic infrastructure like bathroom shower, door lock etc which often doesn't work well.

Fabulous Experience with Mpt Pench Kipling Resort .. Gr8 Hospitality .. Amazing Tiger sight seeing pench turia gate .. Got gr8 experience to see tigress laxmi .. Amazing driving by Naeem Ji who drove it through that zone .. 10/10 marks .. Do it well .. All the Well to Mpt Pench team

One of my best stays in Madhya Pradesh was at Kipling’s Court in Pench. Beautiful location and even better management. We stayed there for two nights, each and every staff was very courteous, they even made an amazing arrangement for my birthday! We got to see three tiger cubs in the morning safari as well, thanks to our guide Ajay and driver Govind. All thanks to Asad, the manager and his entire team.

One of the best places to have comfort with nature surrounding you in the hotel campus. The staff is super helpful and the rooms are very comforting. I appreciate the service provided by the staffs. You can also spot some amazing biodiversity in the hotel as well. We spotted some nocturnal species in the hotel campus while roaming around in the night. A place I suggest to look forward for staying if I am visiting Pench again.

It was a really excellent experience to stay at Kipling court, Pench from 18th to 21st October '2024. We were a total of 5 members. Accommodation & food was excellent. safari arrangements were perfect. I hope to visit once again very soon with a larger group. Here I would like to mention two incidents of their remarkable co-operation. My wife left her bag having all important documents inside the bag, in the safari Jeep & on the next day she identified the loss. But with the active intervention of the manager, the bag was received from the safari Jeep. Another incident is I left my original charger of OnePlus 12 mobile at the resort room and when reached at Nagpur got a call from the resort and informed the same. But I was assured to send the same at my Kolkata address and a few days back I received it. Really a memorable experience with Kipling Court. Please continue this excellent service to the tourists.
