1. Good welcome gesture by MOD Pappu Sunar. 2. Hotel was pretty nice with clean environment . 3. Faster and easy services. 4. Food was hygienic and fresh . 5. Staffs are easier and helpful. 6. Nice pick and drop facility . 7. Birthday was memorable .

Yesterday, I stayed at Hotel Central Plaza for My office work and had a wonderful experience. I loved the hotel’s services, food, and overall atmosphere. The highlight of my stay was Ms. Pabitra Basnet at the front office. She welcomed me with a cold face towel and a refreshing drink, all while wearing a warm smile. Her attention to my comfort was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kohalpur!

This is a great place to stay if you’re staying in, or traveling through the area. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the a/c in the room took very long to cool, but that alone shouldn’t keep you from staying here. I’m from the US and travel all the time. I love exploring new places in Nepal & meeting and talking with the locals. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The hotel has lots of amenities. The restaurant is very good, and you’ll enjoy the excellent service of all the staff. Ram Bahadur Tharu (in the restaurant) was particularly helpful to me, and speaks English very well for all you Trekkers out there. Ps- Great gym here as well!

Awesome place. Awesome service. Most polite staff. We had a very satisfying experience. Great breakfast, nice pool and great location. Manisha Pokhrel, Pabitra and Alina Thapa were very professional and amazing staff. Loved the place and the vibes

We have always found the Central Plaza a great price to stay but just in the last year I think I have upped their game. Very friendly, affordable, comfortable and they have kept the mozzies down somehow. And the pool is an oasis in the hot months. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Hotel Central Plaza with my friends yesterday. I’ve been to this hotel before, but now it’s under new management. The service was always good, but it’s even better now. The food, staff service skills, and view are superior to what they used to be and better than Siddhartha and Salty hotels. The staff are great, especially Ms. Pabitra Basnet at the front desk. Her manner and communication were excellent. I wanted to stay longer but had to return to Kathmandu for work.
