Excellent hotel, I had a separate villa, everything was thought out to the smallest detail, a magnificent view of the Sai Ri Bay and the sunset. Attentive attitude of the staff, unfortunately, does not always work, a golf cart takes you to the villa, a couple of times it did not wait. Breakfasts are not very varied, but everything is tasty and fresh. The staff helped with booking a ferry, the cost is the same as everywhere on the island, there is no point in looking elsewhere

The hotel is on a slope. If you miss the hotel's free shuttle bus, it will take 15 minutes to walk downhill to the commercial street. The last 500 meters uphill to the hotel is a bit tiring. If you miss the shuttle bus, the hotel will charge 50 baht per person. There is a private supermarket about 700 meters downhill from the hotel, which has basic food, drinks and daily necessities. The hotel said there are two swimming pools, but the largest round one is for the diving school and cannot be used for accommodation. The other swimming pool can only be used for viewing. It is recommended that if you want to take your children to the hotel, you must book a room with a swimming pool. Total disappointment. We had a nice room with a private pool, which smoothed out the overall impression. The other rooms are all on display, the declared quality is not proportionate to the price. Yes, the hotel is new, but its architecture does not fit into the general concept of a holiday on the island of Koh Tao, everything is somehow urban. There is only one employee at the reception, who, when talking to a client, was constantly distracted by phone calls. Far from the beach. There is nothing to do there without a scooter. But most importantly, when booking, there was no information about the grandiose construction next to the hotel: a stationary drill worked from 9 am to 5 pm. The construction has just begun, so I think it will be a long time.
