Booking this hotel was the beginning of a nightmare. There were 9 of us, 4 adults and 5 minors. The oldest minor was 15 years old and the youngest was 5 years old. We booked 3 rooms. When we booked, it was marked as a double bed. We brought 5 minors and communicated to arrange the room together. But when we arrived at the hotel, the room was arranged in pieces. And we were told that there were no double beds, and all children had to pay extra. We could accept the extra charge, but why couldn't we be arranged together? Because the second day of our stay happened to be the first day of the Chinese New Year, the staff of the hotel restaurant said that the hotel had performances and seated meals in the evening. You can watch the performance with a seated meal, so I booked it thinking that there would be a show to watch during the Chinese New Year. As a result, we were treated differently. The hotel arranged meals for all foreigners first. At that time, there were only children with us. I urged them many times whether they could arrange meals for the children first. The waiter said that everyone would be arranged in the end and asked not to worry. I thought that I couldn't lose the demeanor of a great country, so I didn't care. Wait, wait until the foreigners have finished eating before serving us meals. In the end, they actually served us two less because the ingredients were gone. When we settled the bill, we all paid the bill. We didn't communicate well, so I thought it was better to have less trouble than more. I can ignore this. The most incomprehensible thing is that the bathrobes and hangers in the hotel rooms are charged. And the hygiene is very poor. I don't know what kind of insects bit me and my body is covered with spores. I went to the front desk, and the front desk said I was playing with sand. It's speechless. I hope more Chinese people will avoid thunder and not be treated differently like this. I have been to Koh Samui 3 times, and this time is the worst. I will never go to Koh Samui again.

Everything was great, but the breakfast was a bit lacking compared to the price paid.

Downstairs is the beach. The resort is nice and the service is ok. The breakfast is a bit simple. Fortunately, there is a hidden menu, otherwise there is really nothing to eat.

The restaurant service is the worst we have ever encountered in our lives. There was NO ONE in the restaurant and it took 45 minutes to bring us our food, and it was bad. They brought the drinks with the food, not before. And it was very expensive. You can sleep here, the hotel is very good, but don't go to the restaurant except for breakfast. And it is very average.
