Travelled to Ko Samui as a group of friends and family for 5 days and we had the best time at Anantara Lawana. From the moment we stepped in, Khun Arthur and Khun Baimon introduced the resort to us and assisted with the check-in process. As we had a family member celebrating her birthday, the resort was so kind to prepare a sweet message and cake for her, together with a token during our departure. Throughout our stay, everyone was so polite and friendly, greeting all guests they see. The team at breakfast service (Khun Mint, Khun Pla, Khun Pop, Khun Benz and many more members whose names we couldn’t get) was very attentive and accommodating, even preparing a larger table for us everyday after realising we were a group. During our stay, we also got to enjoy the many facilities and activities organised by the resort, such as the gorgeous pool overlooking the sea, the private beach, kayak rental, beach tennis rental, muay thai class, live music at Sandal lounge, traditional thai dance for the end of day ritual and even a mesmerising fire show. Resort buggy service, turndown service and bubble baths were such luxury, and we truly enjoyed our interactions with all our buggy drivers and housekeeping team. This has been the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation for all of us, and we deeply appreciate the Thai hospitality we were shown. Thank you to all the staff at Anantara Lawana who made this experience truly memorable. We cannot wait to visit again!

Glad for the very early check in. That allow me to rest it was very appreciated. Even my stay was short I enjoyed the room and the location of the resort
Facilities all look nice and service staff smiling and available to help.
Only negative point quality of breakfast below standard. Many point to improve from buffet set up and a la carte dishes presentation.

設施：設施挺新的，基礎房面積確實有點小，陽台很有意思，浴缸超級大，放水要點時間。原始小木屋，隔音一般。
衞生：一天兩次搞得挺乾淨的。房間給的水很好喝，全島最佳。
環境：蚊蟲治理做得很好，基本沒遇到什麼蚊子。和酒店門口的店形成鮮明對比。沙灘很細，腳感不錯。
服務：能感受到管理非常規範，人員都進退有度，很有安全感。提前溝通過紀念日之後，全程都有上心。
餐飲：早餐普通，cay的泰餐好吃，tree tops晚餐好評，aye小姑娘很可愛，旁邊singing bird酒保好評，每天都猛猛喝酒，請給小哥加雞腿。

We had a fantastic stay at Anantara Lawana, staying 10 nights. Room was incredible, service impeccable and wine tasting with Emma topped off the stay. This is a proper 5 star hotel who know how to treat their guests. Beware of the town centre has potential to turn into a scence from the Hang Over 😂😂. Overall, we will be back next year at the Anantara Lawana and tasting more wine with Emma!

Great hotel right at the beach. The breakfast was self serve buffet style but you can also order unlimited portions of additional items from a menu. Loved the personal pool and swing.

This hotel is in desperate need of renovation. Everything is very old and worn out. The hotel is kept just above the minimum acceptable level to keep it open at all. The current standard is not enough for any hotel, and certainly not a so called five star hotel. Close it for a few years and renovate. The photos show a few examples and there is no excuse not to fix this kind of things that are very cheap and easy to fix - this what you can expect throughout this resort
