給的22號別墅……房間很滿意，床很大，床品很舒服，備品拜瑞德，戴森吹風筒，有藍牙音箱和驅蚊器…早餐口味很好…海景很絕……但是，樓上樓下兩個房間是獨立的，感覺更適合兩個家庭居住，因為別墅的入户大門門鎖很簡易，可以從外面打開，所以外出或者晚上兩個卧室要分別鎖門！而且別墅上下一二樓的樓梯是露天的，晚上那海風…吹到懷疑人生……😂

During our recent stay at Silavadee Pool Spa Resort in Koh Samui, we were consistently impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. Their kindness and extensive knowledge ensured that all our needs were met promptly and with genuine warmth.
The resort’s dining options exceeded our expectations. Each restaurant offered a unique and delightful experience. The buffet was the best we’ve ever encountered, featuring a sublime combination of a buffet station and a complimentary menu. The Star Bar provided amazing cocktails and a relaxing atmosphere for watching the sunset. The Height served the best Thai food we had on the island.
The private beach was beautiful and relaxing, offering everything one could desire for a serene getaway.
We also participated in a cooking class led by an amazing chef. The experience included a trip into town to visit the markets and learn about the course’s ingredients, followed by the class at The Height restaurant, which boasts amazing views. The chef was kind and genuinely a lovely person, making the experience unforgettable.
Our room was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Overall, Silavadee Pool Spa Resort provided an exceptional experience that we would highly recommend to anyone visiting Koh Samui.

整體來説，這家酒店的定價明顯偏高。我們花了4700多一晚，但體驗卻不如這次去的另一家3500 的酒店，無論是硬件設施還是服務質量都差。酒店入住的同胞較多，早餐餐廳非常小，高峯期需要排隊，環境嘈雜且侷促。海灘面積非常小，泳池算是替代。唯一的亮點是風景不錯，拍照效果很好。
本來我並不打算寫評價，但離店時發生了一件令人糟心的事情，讓我不得不提。由於航班較晚，我們在中午12點退房後，先在酒店做了spa，之後去Sun餐廳點了一些咖啡和椰子水，坐着欣賞風景打發時間。沒想到喝到一半時，一位名叫Jimmy的小主管過來詢問我的房間號，解釋説要保證座位是留給住店客人的，可能看到我們帶了一個背包。我告訴他房間號，並我已經退房，他説ok。30秒後，我反應過來，感覺像是被當街查身份證一樣，非常不舒服，而且 sun 餐廳很多座位，衹有我們兩個客人，不存在 reserve 的問題。在這麼貴的酒店，我期待的應該是優質服務，而不是被質疑身份。於是我找到Jimmy，説我覺得他非常 rude。他辯解説衹是想確認我們是否是下午茶客人，但不幸的是，我的英文水平足夠聽懂他的每一個字，英文算是我的謀生工具。他
這件事讓我非常不開心，隨機打算提前去機場，在離店前向前台投訴。有趣的是，Jimmy已經提前打電話給前台，試圖解釋這是一個“誤會”。我告知前台管理人員，我會給出負面評價，因為這種體驗實在令人失望。
作為主管，Jimmy更應該關注的是如何提升酒店的服務質量，比如檢查The Height餐廳的服務是否到位，確保Glass Wine的杯子清潔乾淨，監督圓形浴缸在每位新客人入住前是否徹底清潔（而不是殘留上一位客人的很多毛髮），確保Spa區域的下水通暢。這些才是他應該關注的細節，而不是在客人用餐時打擾他們，畢竟他不是服務人員，其他泰國服務人員都不錯。
本來我不打算點評，畢竟不會再入住這家酒店，但Jimmy的行為實在讓人無法忍受。希望通過這條評價，能讓酒店意識到管理上的問題，並改進服務質量。也希望為聽不懂英文的同胞發聲，畢竟不認為這件事是第一次發生，可能以前就都算了。
