Friendly staff and delicious food and drinks in the onsite restaurant.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, always with a smile and right attitude. The food is good although the menu is a bit limited, should have more choices. The internet signal and speed were quite weak and frustrating at times. Everything else was great, the resort is quite beautiful and my favorite on the whole beach. Jay (the general manager) was phenomenal and very attentive. Really great place to stay.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was delicious and it has an amazing beach. We stayed in a beach front room and it was absolutely wonderful.

Overall, it's OK. The location is very good. It's near Chaweng Beach. The hotel has a private beach. There are not many people. The sea water is OK. There is a 7-11 nearby. It takes a little time to walk from the beach to the roadside. The service staff in the lobby are very enthusiastic and helpful. It's a pity that there is no Chinese service. The cleaning staff cleaned the room perfunctorily. There was dust in many places in the room. The paper towels were not added until they were informed when they ran out. The facilities of the resort are a bit old. The air conditioner is a bit noisy at night. It would be better if it could be improved.

Nice beach, not deep sea. There is a 7/11 across from the hotel entrance. We didn’t really like the bungalows. Be prepared to walk up numerous stairs, even the cleaning lady carried everything up the stairs on herself as there is no access to the bungalow very noisy old refrigerator The bungalow is partially made of wood, there are large gaps in the windows, insects fly in I didn’t like the dinner at the hotel, it wasn’t tasty Breakfast is normal, rating 4-

Hello ! I am leaving a fair review of the new star hotel as a not demanding traveler who has extensive experience in visiting mid-segment hotels on the island. Samui, among which this hotel was the highest in cost. Let's start with the positives - the plus began with the fact that I paid a non-refundable rate with a card that could not be used and the hotel administration immediately met me and canceled the reservation and I successfully re-arranged everything with another card. Thank you ! - the entire hotel staff speaks good English - good breakfasts last from 7 to 10:30, which is important - you can eat indoors with air conditioning or choose outside. There were about 7 hot dishes to choose from. Among which there were also dishes with fish and tofu. Good fruits, sweets. Two coffee machines - the location of the hotel on one of the best (for me the best) beach of Samui, where there is a private atmosphere, a beach with turquoise water and almost no people. Lots of sun loungers on the beach. There is a large swimming pool. The atmosphere is pleasant and calm - no loud music, crowds of people, vacationers here are quiet and well-mannered)) - the hotel area is nice, but be prepared that all the hotels here are located on a slope and not on a flat surface, you always need to climb a little uphill when returning to your room - large room, there is a coffee machine, I liked the bed here the most of all the hotels - there is a gym! The administration’s advice is to post a photo of it, because before the visit I wasn’t sure of its presence! The room is small, air conditioned, and you can do strength and cardio training! - A HUGE plus is the presence of a wonderful rest room and luggage storage after check-out! I haven’t seen anything like this in hotels yet - there is an air-conditioned room with a large sofa, luggage scales, a shower room with towels, etc., with books where you can leave your things after check-out, put valuables in a locker with a key, and clean yourself up. complete order and relax and all in comfort! I give it a huge plus for having this feature. I would like to note the following disadvantages - The main disadvantage here is cleanliness. For me, a big indicator of cleanliness in a hotel is mirrors and glass. Having settled into the room, I noticed that all the mirrors (and there were 4 of them) had stains from washing, as well as dust. The same situation was observed in common areas - there was a feeling that either they did not know how to wash them or the cleaners were not provided with the necessary products. The room is not cheap at all, so that when you check in you will see a dirty reflection and a thick layer of dust on the mirror niche below. I had to ask separately for them to be washed. - also in my room the shower hook in the bathroom did not work, the drain did not open. I chose the room in this hotel because of the presence of a bathroom in it, which I didn’t really get to use, I think for this price this is not acceptable - among all the hotels where I was, here for the first time I saw a small cockroach in the room, maybe it happened by accident, etc., BUT I killed it and threw it aside a little, knowing that now I was leaving and housekeeping would come and sweep it away. When I returned to the room, he was still lying on the floor. That says something about the quality of cleaning. I don't think this is acceptable at all. While staying in a hotel of a lower class and cost, every day I returned to a freshly washed room, fragrant with cleanliness, and walking barefoot my feet were always clean, unlike this option. I would really like to draw the attention of the administration at this moment! - I’m not sure that the price corresponds to what is offered, but this is a personal opinion and this is a look at the rooms, perhaps the options with villas are much better and correspond to the cost

Very nice resort. Amazing rooms, clean and cozy. Next to the beach. Nice spa and good service. Beautiful garden, peace ans quite surroundings. Easy to get to town and most populair attractions. Bery big rooms and nice beds. Complimentaty bottles of water in rooms and coffe. Breakfast simple but nice.

I have been there several times and I enjoyed each time. This time was different: I had an accident on a scooter the very first day, with several broken bones and wounds. The hotel upgraded me immediately to a larger cottage with better access to transport. And then the total service was just superb for the whole week before I was flown home.I want to thank Saow at the reception and all the other staff members who took such good and personal care of me! This place offers good service not only when everything is fine, but also when one is in serious trouble. Thank you to you all!
