The main island of the entire hotel is opposite us. We have to cross a small river every day to go to the restaurant. The high tide here is at noon, and we have to take a boat to go there. The cleaning staff cleaned very seriously. The swimming pool is very clean. The only drawback is that there are many trees around. Occasionally, leaves will fall into the swimming pool, but it does not hinder the use at all. Environment: The hotel is the only one-island-one-hotel in Koh Samui. You need to pick up a boat or what I call a tank car to get to the island. The vegetation on the island is dense, and the beach is mainly fine sand. It is very clean and the water is clear, much clearer than other hotels. There are 22 rooms on the island, all villas. The privacy is very good, and the room is also very soundproof. There are mosquitoes in summer, but there are mosquito repellents and electric mosquito coils in the room, which are also very useful. Next to the hue restaurant is the public swimming pool, which is very large and clean. Because all the room types are villas with swimming pools, the public swimming pool is usually empty, so we booked it directly. Service: I have stayed in 3 hotels in Koh Samui, and the service of Cape Faen is absolutely NO.1. All the staff are patient and meticulous, with smiles on their faces. If you need any service, the hotel app has it, and it supports multiple languages, and you can directly enter Chinese dialogue. The service quality of the spa center is also very high, and the price is cheaper than other hotels of the same level. Before coming, I left a piece of luggage at InterContinental, and the front desk here directly helped to contact and pick up the luggage. In short, the service of Cape Faen is very satisfactory.
