I recently stayed at Chillax Bangkok and have mixed feelings about my experience.
First, I noticed that the hotel only provides a transfer service from Suvarnabhumi Airport, which was inconvenient since they refused to pick us up from Don Mueang Airport. However, I must commend the check-in process; it was smooth and efficient with no issues at all.
One significant concern was the persistent smell of mold in the room. Despite attempts to air it out, the odor barely improved, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the room itself, complete with a bathtub, was quite spacious.
The location of the hotel is convenient for reaching the city center, but I felt that the surrounding area did not match the hotel's quality. On a brighter note, the breakfast provided was excellent, truly a highlight of my stay.
Overall, while there were some positive aspects, such as the breakfast and the spacious room, improvements could certainly be made regarding the transfer service and room conditions.
