I stayed im this hotel and after check out Hotel owner and recepcionist didnt help me and let me take a shower. Even i didnt want a bafhroom just a fountain or water with bucket.He directed me to another otel which i didnt stay. It was awful experience for me :-(
He was not helpfull and always thinkimg money.

Прибыли в отель, сотрудник привел а номер, в сразу за окном, около 2-х метров, неисправные электрические провода, из за них в номере превышен уровень шума. Там невозможно находиться. Попросили другой номер, но его не оказалось. Мы не стали заселяться и сразу ушли искать другой отель. Бронирование отменила и оформила возврат, так как услуга по проживанию не была оказана по вине отеля. Мой запрос на возврат денег отель отклонил. Я возмущена отношением к гостям. Отель должен вернуть оплату , если у них неисправности, которые делают невозможным проживание.
