Warm and great hospitality. Fully pledged facilities at the resort. Well planned airport transfer which is seamless.
Great food served everytime and attention to details even for family with young kids.
Lush greenery and close to nature/seafront.
Will definitely make a return trip with Pimalai. Great effort and well done, team Pimalai!

The room is big and clean. The service is good. It is a hotel I like very much. I will come again next time. I personally feel that the price-performance ratio is very high. The only drawback is that there are not many things to do in Lanta Island. However, we signed up for the hotel's island hopping tour. The boat is very clean and big. There is a coach to accompany us. It feels safer than the travel agency. I saw that the local travel agencies are all small boats.
