I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights, and the management was terrible. The staff were unprofessional and lacked any sense of hospitality. They treated customers unequally—friendly and attentive to foreign guests, but rude and dismissive toward Thai guests. I received no assistance whatsoever.
Pros:
Location: peaceful and private.
You can kayak for free.
Cons:
No daily cleaning or towel change.
Towels were dirty. Towels are poorly cleaned—be careful of contagious diseases. This place turned my vacation into a nightmare.
They don't take out the trash daily.
Room smelled musty.
No drinking glasses provided.
Breakfast was not prepared in advance. Guests had to wait, and once the food ran out, it wasn’t replenished—very unprofessional.
Restaurant opening hours were unreliable—some days closed without notice, some days opened for only one hour.
Staff were not working, just sitting around gossiping about other guests. I’m sure they would gossip about me too once I walked away.
On the first day, we were told that staff were on duty until 8:30 PM. On the second day, only one staff member was present by 6 PM, and a foreign guest had no idea where to find dinner—while it was also raining.
The hotel was dark, with no lights on and no staff on standby. If an emergency happened, guests would have to handle it on their own.
The service was awful, especially from the dark-skinned woman with large eyes who seemed to be the team leader. She was the worst and should be fired.
There’s so much more than I can tell you. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, come here. Bring your own food, medicine, cup, and towel. Rent a motorbike. Don’t expect too much — and you’ll be happy.

The service was amazing, amazing beach and good food in the bar , we have been checked in earlier without any problem, checked out later as well was possible. We did a snorkeling trip with the locals, thanks to the owner of the hotel, she was very kind and helpful in all regards! The room was a bit dirty, but probably we could ask to clean it more deep.

First visit here and it will be last time
, i check in, surprised that my room is not sea view like application recommended
The more surprise is staff only tell me, he has proved that it is not his hotel fault (i dont know how, and dont know process or advertise that hotel or app do it , im very upset) he noticed that it is app fault and if i dont appreciated (he can refund＞＞＞ that means you have no accommodation)

ผ้าห่ม ผ้าเช็ดตัว ที่นอนเหมือนชื้นๆๆอับๆค่ะ ไม่ค่อยสะอาด สรุปคือช่วงที่ไปฝนตก น้ำแอร์หยดทั้งวัน และหลังคารั่วตอนฝนตกค่ะ
ในส่วนพนักงาน หลังอาหารเช้าแทบไม่มีพนักงานอยู่หน้าเคาเตอร์ค่ะ ที่พักไม่มีบริการอะไร ไม่มีอาหารและเครื่องดื่มขายเลยค่ะ ต้องเดินไปรีสอร์ทข้างๆๆ ในห้องพักไม่สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกนะคะ มีแค่ตูเย็นอย่างเดียว นอกนั้นไม่มีอะไรค่ะ

Отель очень уютный. Мы жили в бунгало с видом на море.
Из плюсов можно выделить:
1. Чистые номера и постельное белье
2. Отсутствие насекомых и прочей живности в номерах.
3. Действительно хороший вид- двухместные бунгало расположены в первом ряду прямо у моря, красота неописуемая!
4. Пляж. Да, это самый южный пляж и он довольно далеко от основной инфраструктуры острова. Но он просто прекрасен! Не считая Секретного пляжа AWD, этот - самый лучший на острове. Неглубокий вход в море, чистейшая, буквально прозрачная вода, мягкий песочек без камней по которому приятно ходить! На пирсе можно делать "инстаграмные" фотографии и любоваться рыбками, которые тут буквально стаями плавают.
5. Завтраки были хороши.
6. Семейная атмосфера отеля. Здесь все очень уютно. Хозяйка сама готовит на кухне, стремится вам помочь. Мы приехали на остров напрямую из Камбоджи, не успев поменять деньги, банки в этот день не работали, так что хозяйка поменяла нам деньги сама по хорошему курсу. Другие постояльцы тоже очень милые люди, и, если знаешь английский, можно завести новые знакомства. Например, наш сосед по бунгало, как выяснилось, приехал в этот отель уже в десятый раз, и я понимаю почему.
7. Ну и в целом в отеле расслабленная обстановка. Когда сидишь в баре, создаётся впечатление, будто ты попал в один из фильмов 80-90-х про приключения в жарких странах или в клип группы La ketchup. Очень атмосферно.
Минусы незначительны, но сказать о них все же надо:
1. При заселении обнаружили, что одно полотенце, видимо, забыли постирать. Странно, что этого никто не заметил, ведь от него сильно пахло потом.
2. Прайс в баре-ресторане достаточно дорогой. Это особенно усугубляется тем, что отель на самом краю острова и единственной альтернативой в пешей доступности выступает ресторан в 800 м от отеля - но там еда хоть и дешевле, но зато острая.
3. Все же, надо понимать, что условия в бунгало достаточно спартанские. В нашем бунгало не было ни холодильника (есть в номерах на второй линии), ни чайника (горячая вода была в баре). Номер без изысков. Душ максимально простой рядом с унитазом и в целом ванная комната уже требует ремонта. Но и цена у отеля самая низкая из всех отелей острова (тех, что рядом с пляжем).
Однако, атмосфера и пляж эти недостатки с лихвой перекрывают)
