What a lovely peaceful location. The whole island is, by the way 😎. Really enjoyable stay of four (4) nights with the two of us. Spacious room, lovely staff. A top location on a perhaps less known island.. When you go, stay here!!

The location was nice as its right on the beach. The bungalows were a decent size but could use some upgrades. The hotel does have a restaurant on site with decent options so we didn't have to go very far to eat anything. Hotel staff were very kind and lovely to talk too. Koh Jum is a peaceful little island to spend a few quiet days relaxing on the beach reading a book and playing with some puppies.

We planned to stay Season bungalows for 3 nights but ended up staying there for a week. Lovely bungalow, lovely beach and super lovely staff! Cute dogs and they seem to keep very good care of the dogs. Location is superb! There are nice good restaurants and a small market near the resort, beach is one of the best in Ko Jum (good for swimming), sunsets are absolutely stunning and it is very beautiful sight to see the phi phi islands on the horizon. Resort is next to main road, so it is really easy to make trips around the island! Bungalows are cute, cozy and clean. Huge bonus that the bungalows have warm water! Which is rare find in this island I think. Restaurant at the resort is not expensive at all and have good food and drinks. Fruit shakes are really delicious! We rented a motorbike for a reasonable price. The bike was really modern and well kept! Staff is very friendly and helpful, they'll do anything they can to grant your wishes! They made us feel very welcomed. We had a perfect 5 star bungalow experience! We will come back most definitely!

first of all the beach is Beautiful. The hotel is super quite. You can also have massage on the beach. The food at the restaurant is very good and not expensive at all. The staff is friendly and care about you.

The two of us are not looking for a large complex where many families with children and many older couples are. The sea retreats considerably, which means that in the morning you have a small strip of sand with few chairs to sit on. At the reception we found the people a bit stiff. Which we were not used to from Phuket. The rooms are spacious and have air conditioning. Not all of them, but you should pay attention to that when booking. Furthermore, the kitchen is not special.

The rooms and social areas are more spacious than other hotels. They have a few deck chairs on the beach front and there is a raised shaded area too. Their rooms are set off the beach where as other hotels are built into the cliff with better views. Weigh up the options, better view or better room? At first our hotel room was at the back near the road which was loud early on the mornings. Specify during the booking that you would like a room closer to the beach. When there was availability we changed to a different room and slept very well. The hotel staff are very accommodating and smiley. We had a lovely NY celebration with hotel at a reasonable price. With a buffet and tasteful entertainment. The beach area is the really nice. The second best beach in the neighbourhood. During high tide the rocks don’t bother you but during low tide you will have to avoid them a little. But Nothing dangerous or nothing that will effect you from getting into the sea. If you want the best beach, walk ten minutes the right, past the ‘rock bar’ and it’s perfect. My only suggestion for the hotel is to terminate the stingless bees that are nesting outside in the wood work of some of your rooms.

We stayed with 2 families in the Season Bungalow for 10 days in November 2022. Originally 7 days were planned, we extended by 3 days. This is just a preview for the review. The complex stretches like a tube from the very little-used road to the beach. The restaurant is on the beautiful beach, including reception and the heart of the complex. There are many covered seats and some seats right on the water. A small wall separates the sea and the resort. The wall is not disturbing! There are enough seats and swings on the beach that contribute to a nice atmosphere. The excellent massage is also on the beach. The food was excellent and fairly priced. Many guests came from outside to eat. Great breakfast (a la carte)! The hosts were super friendly and always helpful. The rooms: we were lucky enough to get the bungalows directly behind the 2 SeaFronts. If I recognized it correctly, the larger family bungalows are on one side. 1 family bed, double bed and single bed are available. We pushed the beds together. Worked great for four people. The bathroom is normally Thai and clean. AC available. It was cleaned daily and the towels changed (if you wanted). The terrace is spacious and you have a direct view of the sea. In general, the complex is very well maintained. The Covid period was used to build it up rather than letting it deteriorate, like in many other places in Thailand. The complex is safe for children. Since you sit slightly higher up, you have a good view of the grounds. Toys are in the restaurant. The sea: There are stones, but you can easily swim around them even at low tide. 2 x daily high tide + low tide ;-). At high tide it was 32 steps from bungalow no. 3 to the water. The sunsets get 9/10 points. 1 point deducted because the sun does not set in the sea, but behind Koh PhiPhi. Still simply fantastic. The FuBar around the corner is recommended (!!!) There are several small shops on the street for the essentials. What is missing are a few hammocks for great happiness. Nevertheless, we stayed 3 days longer than planned and would come back again in a heartbeat! Koh Jum and the Season are very reasonably priced. Direct enquiries are cheaper than through Booking & Co.
