Jungle Hill Beach Bungalow

Beautiful bungalows on the hillside right on the beach. A very good restaurant. A manager who is always very attentive and very helpful. If you like lots of nature, peace and quiet on the beach and good Thai food, the complex is a little piece of paradise. A few restaurants on the beach. Fortunately, there are still few boats. There are rocks in the water, though.

We had a bungalow with partial sea view including an extra bed and breakfast included. The location is fantastic in the middle of the jungle-like forest, the beach is idyllic, there is a great bar on the beach about 10 minutes away and the food in the hotel was good. That's why we still enjoyed being there and it's 4 stars. We were still a bit disappointed in terms of price-performance as we paid the equivalent of almost 50 euros. Nevertheless, only the small breakfast sets were included and, surprisingly, we had to pay for every breakfast at the end for our 3-year-old son. The restaurant was open to a very limited extent (understandable because of Corona, but it was often closed even during the announced narrow opening hours), which was partly... It was tedious because we often had to walk far to get something to eat and it was a shame because sometimes we would have liked to have a drink in the evening. We also missed room service because being on the beach meant we always had sand in the room and the garbage bin was always overflowing (we had room service once in 5 days). It's also best to travel with plenty of water, because small bottles are only available in the inn and we had to wait 20 minutes. walk to the nearest store to get water.
