Overall, the hotel is great. There’s a nice pool and a restaurant next to it where they have good stuff that’s not expensive. The location is OK but it’s not really accessible to the beach. There’s a staircase with 100 stairs that goes down but you basically have to go right into the water. There’s no beach there. So you have to go down a little ways to get to a sandy beach.

This hotel is the best design hotel I ever see, the owner designed it by himself 20 years ago ,is a nice garden and sea view hotel, nice price and nice service ,you must try this when you come to koh chang!

Really friendly owners and a thoroughly nice place to stay for the price. A little far from the beach (about 500m) but within easy reach of lots of great places to eat :)

A large room in a well maintained resort. The only drawback is that you are a bit of a walk, around 15-20 minutes, to public access to the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I liked everything. I rented a single room with a shared bathroom - everything was clean. I never met anyone there. The location is a bit far from the beach, but you can walk for about 15 minutes.

Overall it's ok, but the single room is only suitable for a short stay..., the toilet is shared between 4 rooms, the air conditioner is old and couldn't cope with the heat, the pillows need to be changed, they are very bad...

A wonderful hotel with a caring owner, well built. Pros - location, delicious breakfast. Towels and linen are clean, but a bit tired. Cleaning every day. The room has a large refrigerator, kettle, air conditioning, TV, cons - the Wi-Fi in the room did not work very well: the owner promised to check everything and fix it. Beautiful sunsets, 7-10 minutes to the beach, many restaurants nearby. Would come back.
