Arrived at the hotel in the evening and somehow couldn’t find our order. Then the hotel staff said someone called them that afternoon and said our order number to cancel the Booking!
We had no idea what was going on! We did not authorize anyone to cancel our order for us at all. Called trip.com online service, customer service said our order was not canceled🤷🏽♂️. Have our order number only Trip.com. That morning I only added a special request on trip.com that I needed parking service.
Is it a Trip.com problem or a hotel problem? We don't know. Finally the hotel still had rooms, the same price for the day as trip.com, when we did not cancel processing. 🤷🏽♂️
