Lilly's Valley Resort

Such a wonderful days with lilly vally Resort...make memories with beautiful stays with place ....♥️ very kind resort ..

It was a group trip and i was staying ***** with my friend. We had a group booking for around 23 people for 3 days including 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners. The staff was not at all friendly and while having breakfast my friend had observed that the service staff was signaling towards us and talisman something vague which did not hear. The next day while having dinner the same staff was very unpleasant and were not interested to serve us the food as per our requests and requirements. At the last night stay when we reached to had dinner which was prepaid and advised as per the requirements to the resort, the service staff did not show the entire buffet to us and said we have only 3 items (veg biryani, plain rice, and rasam) but when i checked the utensils there were plenty of food kept including paneer, chicken; egg curry, dal, etc. This was my 4th trip to Tamil Nadu and and was a bitter oner like the last 3 trips as these Tamilian people are neither friendly with the tourists nor welcoming despite knowing the fact that the tourism is the only bread winning source at certain places like Ooty, Kodaiknaal, etc. Note: Don’t go outside after the sunset if you are travelling ***** with the family in Tamil Nadu. Don’t plan about dinner outside your residing place after 10 pm as you won’t get food easily after certain hours.

9 year before I'm working one of the staff in this resort. Now I'm working in Dubai.Recently I had married so I came for Honeymoon. It was totally different from before iam working and now so developed well.its pleasant and good.sabari he is one of the staff there he takes care very well and so friendly.Food is good and rich in Taste.The candle light dinner was awesome no words to describe it.

Rooms are good and supportive staff,their hospitality is excellent. Food is good. We missed our dress and they couriered it. Also after checking out, they provided room for refreshing as we came back seeing all the places. This is our second visit to this place. Go for it and will not regret

It was indeed a pleasant stay with Lillys valley resort.. right from the rooms till the checkout, they took good care of us.. the rooms were neat very comfortable.. we were 10 and they gave a very good accommodation with breakfast... because of the rooms and Lilly valley resort, our stay become memorable and we will surely visit this place next time when we go to kodaikanal..
