Beautiful
Good stay, it's quite new and comfortable, buffet food was good and the hotel is walkable to all main view points like kodai lake, coakers walk Bryant Park etc.

The rooms were immaculate and very comfortabl. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning Rooms are very comfortable Food is very delicious Enjoyed alot Nice staff Service was awesome Management is too good Good and peaceful environment

We stayed in sterling kodai valley for to take rest.. it was very nice experience. Room inside is very warm. Staffs are very friendly. Karthika from reception very much co operative. Housekeeping service is very good. Location was very good.

Room was good, food was good, but little bit expensive. Parking is the major concern. Have separate space for parking for hotel, but that space was dirty. Staff behavior and hospitality is good.

was a very old hotel, not worth for the charges we paid, staff was very good. we had to park the car on a ground behind, no pool as shown in clear trip. no balconies.

Road to this hotel takes you through all sort of animal slaughter shops. Could not even take a stroll through that road. Its in mid of bustling shops and narrow roads. I usually avoid such places, my last minute plan landed me to this hotel. Service is slow and confusing. Coming to food - decent but very low quantity. Bathroom had some foul smell. Rooms look okay, thank god it had a window. Checked out early morning 6am to get away from this place. Not everyone would find issue with above points but my preference has been open space, good locality and some view. Pics were misleading. I would suggest look for hotels which have some view or open space, find out where exactly it is

I’ve booked this property for 2N for my guest. But they were highly disappointed due poor service. If u go for MAP plan they have very limited options in menu n they just keep waiting the guest for 40-45 mins for dessert n at last leaved without having anything. When the guest call them for water bottle, firstly they have make many calls(5-6 times) n they get that after 2:30 hrs when the guest lost his patience. Property manager n restaurant manager are not giving proper service to guest as they are not getting satisfied. So, Friends you can choose any other option in Kodaikanal.

This property is very good also the location is in the prime location with walkable distance to many restaurants and very near to kodai lake. However, the service is horrible which make the entire experience unpleasant. The breakfast menu is worst with very very limited option and same option are repeated daily. Same with lunch and dinner. If you ask for any room service it would take min 20 min that too you have to call multiple times.
