Very good stay. Property was neat and well maintained. Staff were very courteous. Highly recommended stay.

Location wise, its very well centrally located. Checkin was smooth. Room was upgraded as per hotel staffs and the room is very spacious. Non ac room but its very cool as the temperature here is around 11 to 16 degree once we reached. Hot water was available always as heater is placed room wise. Shower gel, shampoo, handwash and moisturizer also provided. Washroom is very clean and tidy. Wash basin was broken but not leakage so its acceptable. Shower tap was bit tight which was replaced, when informed. Kettle was not present, was provided the second the day when informed. Inhouse restaurant is very good and tasty but very limited menu. Have fair big dining space available indoor and outdoor as well. Fair amount of parking space is also available here. All the staffs are very friendly and informative as well. Am not rating full as few things were done post informing. There are few things which were missing as per hotel amenities as well. Overall i would recommend this hotel for families with small kids as well.

First hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. They have small and beautiful in-house Restaurant with Multicusin.Food was very tasty.Important thing is all the major attraction are near by example lake.Our family love the atmosphere of the hotel.We will vist again.grateful thanks to Altius team to provide great hospitality.

The transparency in setting up expectations on what they can offer and what they cannot. 2. There is running around the bush. 3. Anything not going well will be addressed immediately. 4. People are extremely friendly and they also offer local site seeing help. 5. Food was decent, the MORNING breakfast comes complementary and the red chutney was top notch. 6. They simply Love people to be treated like a King and Queen. Something to Work on!! The WiFi network needs correction. but I wouldn’t call it a red flag as WIFI IS NOT THE PRIME FOCUS IN A VACATION. Family is… Over All it was a kings life for 3 days, the rooms were really great huge, I mean the royal suite…

The rooms were clean, the food was good, the stay was pleasant, Stayed with a friend, the weather was amazing, the hotel has the facility to arrange for cabs, taxi which you can use to arrange for your visit..………………………………………………………………………….
