If you want to have the vacation of your dreams in Kodai then Carlton is the place to be at. The property is located in the heart of Kodai alongside the lake. The property seamlessly combines timeless elegance with modern amenities. The rooms are elegantly furnished, providing a comfortable atmosphere.The breathtaking view of the lake from my room was nothing short of spectacular, making my visit truly memorable. The best thing about the property is the hotel's prime location, which allows for easy exploration of nearby attractions and dining venues. The facilities, including a restaurant and wellness center, enhance the overall experience. Overall, Hotel Carlton remains a commendable option for those desiring a sophisticated stay with traditional charm. The tranquil ambiance and beautiful landscape created an ideal setting for relaxation. Their hospitality trumps any five star place I’ve ever been to. Our special thanks to all the staff members of Carlton Hotel starting from the Security Guards, Front Office staffs and restaurant staffs. Actually it is difficult to mention any specific name, all the staffs are super friendly and hospitable. Few names as I can mention, Mr. Anand, Ms. Simran, Mr. Kalai, Mr. Simson, Mr. Abhisek, Mr. Senrayan for their hospitality and they took brilliant care of us.

Everything was the best …from cuisine to hospitality…u kept everything nice and clean and very exquisite stay it was …thank u ..looking forward to stay again with u 😍😍😍 The gym ,games ,cycling …all good …keep the same standard and the good hospitality

The view from the terrace is beautiful... Even though it was a really busy time, the service was great and the staffs were quite friendly... The food was also quite delicious with a lot of varieties. Rooms were very clean... Perfect ambience for families!

I recently stayed at The Carlton in Kodaikanal, and it was an exceptional experience. The location is unbeatable, right by the lake, which offers stunning views and a sense of calm and relaxation. The on-site restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes, both local and international, and the breakfast spread was impressive, with something for every palate. Good job, Anand, for your fantastic work as our activity coordinator! Your creativity and enthusiasm made all our activities engaging and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a perfect blend of nature and luxury in Kodaikanal, The Carlton is an excellent choice.

The stay at Carlton hotel was truly delightful, with impeccable service that made us feel warmly welcomed from start to finish. The property is amazing with breath taking view of the lake and mountains covered with clouds . The service is excellent and the staff in the hotel are very loving and courteous. Even the room service is exceptional. They arrive in jiffy on a call. Special mention of the housekeeping staff Mr Nagraj ,Divakar and their team members for maintaining the rooms and surrounding Abhishek and Rajesh at the reception are always there to guide you around for any information required around the town. Travel Desk can be contacted by local sight-seeing and drop and pickup from airport's. Once again thanks to the Rahejas for the comfortable and relaxing stay and wishing all at THE CARLTONS a very Happy Diwali.

Their service was excellent and the staff were very attentive and helpful. Will definitely come again when I come to india. When we called for room service the stuff was there within 5 mins and that is something that I did not see in other places so far All we needed was a eye contact with the staff and he will be there to attend to you. That is excellent 👌 👏 😀
