The property is amazing with breath taking view of the lake and mountains covered with clouds . The service is excellent and the staff in the hotel are very loving and courteous. Even the room service is exceptional. They arrive in jiffy on a call. Special mention of the housekeeping staff Mr Nagraj ,Divakar and their team members for maintaining the rooms and surrounding Abhishek and Rajesh at the reception are always there to guide you around for any information required around the town. Travel Desk can be contacted by local sight-seeing and drop and pickup from airport's. Once again thanks to the Rahejas for the comfortable and relaxing stay and wishing all at THE CARLTONS a very Happy Diwali.

Their service was excellent and the staff were very attentive and helpful. Will definitely come again when I come to india. When we called for room service the stuff was there within 5 mins and that is something that I did not see in other places so far All we needed was a eye contact with the staff and he will be there to attend to you. That is excellent 👌 👏 😀

Very peaceful ambience. Nice scenes throughout the campus. Food is delicious. They also pack food for your toddler whatever you need if you are going for site seeing. Very pleasant staff. Service is premium. Choose Carlton if you want to enjoy Kodaikanal. Mrs. Simran and Mr. Balakrishnan made us feel like home. Well I cannot mention everyone’s name here because all of the staff is wonderful and down to earth and always ready to help you.

Everything is excellent about this property. The ambience and the service from Mr Anand is top notch. Moreover the location of the property is at the heart of the Kodaikanal. Club house services are nice. The travel desk is really helpful, Mr.Sambath has arranged cab facilities throughout our stay here at a decent price.

Excellent, friendly and helpful team who couldn’t do any more for me. The rooms were clean and well equipped and WiFi worked consistently which was helpful. Anand was very kind as were the waiting staff in the restaurant in particular Antony and a gentleman in charge in the restaurant. It was my birthday and the whole restaurant sang to me!! Quite a memorable experience! Good was fabulous.

We had a really great time at Carlton. We stayed for 3 nights. The hospitality was great. The staff were very pleasant and the food was great. We stayed at the deluxe and the view was great. The hostel is well maintained.. everyday the house keeping cleaned our room which we really appreciate

The experience really great and staff was friendly. The room had a good view to the kodai lake. Must vist in Kodaikanal. The travel desk helped in arranging cab facility to visit the places, which was very convenient for our family. Staff was very co-operative, especially Simran was helpful throughout to make the stay pleasant.

Beautiful, beautiful hotel, very comfortable and picturesque. Great location overlooking Star lake, pristine, well-maintained gardens, super-friendly and courteous staff, always ready and willing to help with any and every need or concern. Room was extremely comfortable and well-equipped. I can only speak in superlatives about our experience. Complimentary shikara boat ride was a wonderful bonus. Breakfast and dinner are included so it’s good value for money. Well-worth the money spent. Very pleasant experience in all. Starting with Mr. Rajkumar, the VP, and Mr. Anthony, the Manager, and including Simran, Murugesh, Sujith & Kalai in the dining room - everyone was superb. Highly recommend this place.
