You lucky to see this review before booking. Worst experience. We book 6 room for 6 couples. In check in time they provide rooms in 3 different places. ( They early book our rooms for other teams, who paid more) . No refund policy. Not provide basic things ( bath towel, brush, soap.etc ) Rude behaviour from staff Limited time hot water. Heater not working properly

Stay was neat and clean. They helped to check in earlier. Good stay in decent budget. Had a wonderful stay in Silver springs in this price range, room was neat and clean and staff was friendly and helped me to check-in early .

No scenic view around the hotel, no hot water in the washroom, no food available, water in the washroom was not clean ( brown in colour muddy water)

Property in a slope and difficult to climb by walk. Hot water for drinking is not available. Suggest to keep a water dispenser at common area
