Access to the hotel is very narrow and difficult to reach, rooms are shabby no access to food and others necessary not as described in your site disappointed

The room was just a room without any sanitary essentials. There was no complimentary water in the room. The phone wasn't working. There were cracks in the room. untidy bedsheets and cover.

fantastic stay... very clean... The slope from the Bus stand to the hotel was difficult to climb - senior citizens might find it difficult.

Road is not convinient to hotel, there is some hot water problem, lack of basic needs for example drinking water, towel, soap, shampoo etc

Hotel room and service was very good but the way to reach hotel was very steep y and very tough to go down or come up otherwise in our room we had tv cable problem and water heater problem but the person in reception immediately responded

The room was so clean and neat. The hot water supply is great. We need kettle at least to make a warm drinking water as the weather is often so chill we can't call for room service often. That's it. Thank you
