酒店舒服，前台職員友善，可以用英文溝通。不過泊車位略不足，建議停泊在酒店後，就不要再動車。但有契約停車場，但要在酒店對面街停泊。

2回目の利用でした。シャワーして寝るだけであれば全然問題ないです。
ただ今回、間違えて喫煙部屋を予約してしまい、部屋の変更を希望しましたが変更却下との連絡が来ました。
間違えたのは自分のミスなので仕方がなかったですが、部屋に入ったら匂いがすごかったです。
空気清浄機は置いてあったのですが、スイッチ入れておいて欲しかったです.... 。

Great stay at Bright Park hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the location is good. Kochi castle is about 10 minute walk away and there are plenty is restaurants nearby. There is no laundry service on site, but there is a 24 laundrette 2 minute walk away where you can wash your clothes for ¥300. Would stay again
