Everything here was perfect. Friendly efficient staff, good clean room, free parking and an attractive dining area. Situated in the outskirts of Koblenz , right by the River Moselle, this is a very convenient place to stay. Always best to book direct and avoid third party middlemen.

We got a special low price as the hotel was being refurbished, but except few signs of construction works and scaffolding at one side, everything was perfect. We had a nice, modern, well equipped and maintained room with comfortable bed and large bathroom. The hotel is relatively large, offering also a good restaurant serving rich breakfast buffet and a cozy bar.

The website for this hotel displays photos of the property and states, "As we all know, pictures say more than 1000 words." Picture a long day of travel and looking forward to a nice dinner and spa facilities as promised--only to come upon a hotel completely surrounded by scaffolding, the restaurant closed-- with the only option an outdoor patio with a view of the scaffolding offering beer and pizza. We prepaid for three nights. We contacted the booking agency, who contacted the hotel to see if we could get a refund and stay elsewhere, but the hotel ignored the request. This is not right. We should have been aware of these renovations before booking this hotel. We should not have been charged the full price for staying there.

Das Hotel ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit äußerst freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Wir sind hier im Kurzurlaub für ei paar Tage an Mosel und Rhein und sehr zufrieden. Trotz momentaner Bauarbeiten am/ im Haus mit kleinen Einschränkungen der Gastronomie, fühlen wir uns sehr wohl. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut, Abendessen mit abgespeckter Karte in Ordnung. Zimmer sind gut und sauber, Personal uneingeschränkt freundlich.

Very comfortable and well-equipped room, as part of the 'Romantic' package. Have been here several times and the food never disappoints, in terms of volume and quality. Staff seemed a bit tense though and some struggling with German. Was disappointed we were refused a jug of tap water in the restaurant, given it is far better for the environment than the bottled variety and we would happily have paid for it.

Charmantes Hotel in einem Koblenzer Stadteil. Ideal um Wandern, Kultur und Entspannung miteinander zu verbinden. Sehr freundliches Personal, exzellentes Essen, komfortabel eingerichtete Zimmer. Der ideale Ort, um abzuschalten. Sehr ruhig am Weinberg gelegen.
