Freindly and nice crew. Good service and clean room. Good breakfest . Location is also good if you will have walk to «Deuche eck» and seihlbahn to Erenbretstein. We will be back😊

This is a well maintained 3-star clean small hotel within a walking distance from the train station. The restaurant serves good food and the staff is cooperative. However, the rooms are relatively small, and there is no AC.

A very warm welcoming staff greeted us. The accommodation was very comfortable, much attention to detail. The room is clean & spacious. It was good to have both hairdryer and fan, the weather was hot during our stay & we needed both. The food at the hotel is wholesome & delicious. Portion sizes are good. The shrimp salad was lovely, as was the chilli bowl. Breakfast is buffet & a vast choice. The proximity to the station is excellent! The Koblenz shopping district & the river are all within short walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & visiting Koblenz - we will be back. Skyla & Tavia

We stayed a couple of nights between matches at Euro 2024. We arrived by train and the hotel is ideally situated almost opposite the station. However it's a bit of a walk to the Old Town where most of the lively restaurants and bars are. Rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included which was rare in our experience in Germany. It was nice and plentiful and I woke up there on my birthday and they brought me a glass of champagne. I would definitely recommend for a few nights.

The hotel was excellent in all respects, barring one member of staff in the restraurant/bar who was downright hostile and unhelpful. Everyone else was lovely. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. There was a good variety of food on offer at breakfast.

We spent 3 nights there with friends over New Year's Eve. The price/performance ratio was excellent. Very good food, a good breakfast buffet and an excellent New Year's Eve menu. The staff was very friendly, the restaurant is visually very appealing. The location of the hotel is also very good. The old town is within walking distance and despite the proximity to the train station, the room is surprisingly quiet. We would book the hotel again, but this time a comfort room for a small additional charge.

We stayed one night in this hotel during our trip to Germany and the stay was pleasant in many ways. First of all, the room, although quite small, we found it nice, tidy and clean. The bathroom was also small in size but still usable without problems. However, what pushed me to increase my rating were the excellent buffet for both breakfast and dinner and the kindness of the staff. An accommodation that I recommend, also due to its rather central location.
