lovely location, attached pic from the beach @ sunset. well worth the trek - the island is a 30-minute ferry trek from east Phuket but feels a million miles away! staff are friendly & helpful, restaurant is top notch. five stars!!

This is my 1st time here in this island for business trip. Im very very disappointed with the stuff.. since the time we have entered the property. We have asked for help for taking our bags and he rudely replied to take it yourself. I was very surprised at the stuff’s attitude. We also requested for getting our rooms fast since we have travelled a long way. Unfortunately that also took a backfire.

They booked this resort for us through a local tour operator, let me start by saying that we explicitly requested to relax on the beach and have something around for lunches and/or dinners. The resort is in nowhere. To eat you either eat in the hotel restaurant or immediately next door towards the beach in the only other place. The sea is dirty and the beach insignificant but above all not even minimally equipped. There are 6 fixed deckchairs suitable only for an aperitif at sunset which among other things are not there because they are located to the east. We escaped in the middle of the day and to top it off they charged us 500 baht for 13 km saying that the route would take 45 minutes while Google gave 20 and in fact we arrived in 19 minutes by car. Being teased like that was truly the worst thing. Not recommended both in terms of location, services and non-existent courtesy. After moving we were reborn. Despite the few hours spent there, I have a thrilling memory. Bad experience.

I really enjoyed my stay. Everything I expected. It is very quiet and relaxed. Just what I wanted. Very friendly staff and the room was great. Free shuttle bus to Laem Haad beach which is a must. Breakfast was OK. Restaurant at the end of the road with the green plastic seats served the best, cheap, good food. I would stay there again.

WARNING: DO NOT STAY AT THIS hotel !!
This hotel is by far the worst hotel I have been to in six continents and over 70 countries. The level of incompetence and deception is mine boggling.
From the beginning of the booking process which was a nightmare . From the website stating that there may be a transfer or surcharge fee to get from the airport to the island. That surcharge fee$100 US exceed the room price of $75 a night.
From booking the hotel through ********** and paying in full , when I called the hotel they had no record of my booking even though I gave them my name & ********** and booking number.
I spent over three hours trying to make the arrangements to get the pick up from the airport to taking the boat to the island. Which they also do not tell you that you're on a boat ride for over one hour& taxi ride on the island.
The hotel will not allow cancellation or changes in your reservation if you can get through to them . They don't pick up their phones or answer their emails from ********** or for over 3 days , I tried repeatedly for three days also for them to call back or respond to their emails which they didn't.
Don't just take my word for it , look at every bad review posted at ********** on how poor this hotel is . This is not a vacation location you want to go to! Unless maybe you want a vacation in hell !
A vacation is supposed to be happy and positive experience this hotel is 180° opposite to that in every way .

I thought this resort was a bit overpriced for Thailand. It was sold as a resort and it is definitely more of a Hotel. We paid just over £90 per night for the Honeymoon View villa, which was a very basic villa. Double bed with old mosquito net, basic shower, cheap/basic mini bar, not very good TV - the sound was so quiet we couldn't even use it. It wasn't very Honeymoon like at all. It wasn't very private as it was right next to the hotel restaurant and bar, so we could hear everything. It was sold as having great views however all we could see was the restaurant and the canvas cocktail bar. Which was a shame as we had a "private" astroturf balcony. The room came with breakfast which wasn't very clear to us. It was also a very basic breakfast.
The staff were very helpful with sorting out issues, serving food & drinks, and organising travel back to the airport on the mainland.
It had two pools, we didn't use the pools as they were smaller than we thought and busy during the days we were there.
The beach was great for walking and watching the sea rise. However, it wasn't really a swimming or sunbathing beach. It is very easy to get private boat trips from the beach which were a great price. Perfect for seeing all the island and surrounding beaches.
