Probably, a long time ago the hotel was good, but at the moment the condition is very deplorable: the rooms are dirty, the furniture is falling apart, the plumbing is in terrible condition, the water from the sink just flows on your feet... And this is, by the way, a Deluxe room in a 2-story villa, the cost of which is quite high. And one could close one's eyes to many shortcomings, if not for the staff, who are completely inhospitable, and in some places even rude. There is plenty of food for breakfast, but everything seems to be yesterday's, monotonous and tasteless. We went to have lunch - expensive and the same lousy quality. They do not clean the room at all, I had to ask to wipe the floors from sand. I rarely write negative reviews, but in this case I can not pass by, because Russian reviews here are completely untrue, and if you do not want to be disappointed as we were, then it is better to avoid this hotel. And read foreign reviews. Finally, I will say something positive - the location of the hotel is amazing!

Everything was magical! We were met at the pier, although we forgot to order a transfer. Check-in was quick, the employee helped carry the bags. The house is wonderful, at the entrance there is a shower to rinse your feet, a terrace with a clothes dryer, there are many windows in the house itself, it is very light and spacious. There are slippers and robes! A small refrigerator, a spacious closet, the bathroom is also surprisingly large, at least the shower is not above the toilet. The territory is very beautiful, lots of greenery. The beach is simply magnificent! And it turns out that the hotel has free umbrellas and sun loungers, we found out only on the third day)) if you go left after the descent, you can lie in the shade of the trees. To the right, near the sandbank, you can use the sun loungers of a neighboring hotel for 500 baht. In the evening, a shuttle runs from our hotel to Walking Street every 15 minutes, it is very convenient! And they take you back to the hotel, the last flight is at 22:00. If you don't make it, it's not a problem, there are taxi drivers on mopeds with a sidecar everywhere, the cost to our hotel is 50 baht. And it's also worth noting the breakfasts!! The choice is simply huge, there are omelettes, cereals, vegetables, fruits (in early March, sliced ​​pineapple, watermelon, papaya and whole grapes, mango, passion fruit, longan, apples, bananas), there was red fish and canned tuna, there were even soups and hot dishes with shrimp. There are also wonderful dogs living here, a malamute and a couple of corgis )) I would like to come back here again!

Amazing hotel. I liked absolutely everything. The service is top notch. The staff makes this hotel. They help with everything, are kind and smiling. They fulfilled all our requests. Breakfasts for every taste. Very varied. Free shuttle to Walking Street runs every 15 minutes in the evening. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Having traveled almost all over Thailand, this hotel left a very pleasant impression.

I do not share the enthusiastic reviews of the hotel. The beach is really gorgeous, but it has nothing to do with the hotel. We stayed for 4 days. There was no cleaning even once. The villa was probably renovated, as the roller on the tree at the entrance and spatulas in the vases proudly testified. We had a closed bathroom, but a bunch of geckos lived in it, as well as in the room. They all somehow on the walls and sink. For the first time in 18 years of active travel, we met red cockroaches 🙈. A beetle fell out of the tap with the water. The windows are dirty, a lot of dust. Someone cooked noodles in the kettle before us. The refrigerator door almost fell off. They cleaned and treated for insects, in the end, after I directly demanded it. But only on the first floor 🙂. After another request - the next day, and on the second floor. The pool is beautiful, the breakfasts are good. But there are huge problems with hygiene and management. Almost all the hotels on the island are run-down, that's understandable (we stayed in 3), people don't go there for that. But this is too careless about hygiene (not even cleanliness). Bottom line - if you don't bother at all - the hotel is great. But overall, you can look for something better. Surely, everything is a little better in the high-class rooms. If you decide to go to the hotel - book them.
