立地は非常によい。桟橋すぐ横、コンビニはすぐ目の前、勿論レストランも周辺に多数。しかし桟橋近くだけあって船の警笛がちょい煩い。建物の老朽化というより元々造りが雑なのだろう。非常に良い立地というのを加味しても、朝食がショボいってことはしょうがないにしても、この造りが雑な建物にしてこの価格帯はどうかなと思う。あと釣り目的の人も多いと思うが冷蔵庫が小さすぎ、冷凍庫は1L ほどのサイズしかない。エアコンの効きは良いし、ヘアドライヤーや電気ポットもあるし、ハンドタオル、バスタオル、シャンプー、ボディシャンプー、ティッシュもあり（歯ブラシはなし）。非常に不満というか残念だったのはシャワーの水が海へ垂れ流しっていうこと。床に穴が開いているだけで、真下の海へ直行。この価格帯ならこういうところもちゃんとすべきと思うが・・・。
