The service is wonderful, the owner of the hotel met us and saw us off to the pier, took us to the hotel, a very friendly person. In addition, he took us to the beach and back in his tuktuk absolutely free of charge. The room is clean, meets the price-quality criterion. The location is right on the coastline. Excellent view of Pattaya, especially at night. Decent breakfasts. Within walking distance of 7 Elev and fruit and other food stalls. The only thing I didn't like was that the water was drained from the pool at night. Otherwise, everything is great. I recommend it!
