The room was good. I really liked the bathroom. Very spacious. The bed was wide and comfortable to sleep in. Very well looked after. I saw that we went swimming. He brought a bag and hung it in front of the room door. It's like knowing that we have to wear wet clothes. My boyfriend likes it very much and has a TV. Open YouTube to listen to music. Above the room you can go up and admire the view. Near Tawaen Beach, Sangwan Beach, you won't be disappointed. The admin responds to chat quickly and is easy to contact. Good service 10/10. The towels are soft and not heavy and comfortable on the skin. There is a dressing mirror provided. I really like it. 🥰 We booked with breakfast. Chicken porridge is very delicious. There is also fruit. Bread with jam is also very delicious. Next time I will go to stay again.

The hotel service is very good, warm and thoughtful, free pick-up and drop-off to the pier. We didn't know that we could send to the pier at that time. After checking out, we were about to leave the hotel. The front desk clerk asked me if I was going to the pier. She said she could send you to the pier for free. We are very grateful. The hotel is in a good location, only 5 minutes away from the shopping seafood street. The facilities are complete and the sanitary conditions are good. There is a refrigerator. Breakfast has two more sausages and a bowl of meatball soup than other hotels. The sausages are made of meat, unlike Shuanghui, which is made of spices. I also investigated the surrounding area and there are similar hotels, but the price is much more expensive and there is no breakfast.

The hotel had a complimentary pick-up from the port and the transportation to the hotel allowed me to watch the countryside of the island. At the resort, everything worked really well. The check-in, the room and the beach. The room was clean and had a nice cooling AC and mini fridge. The dinner and the breakfast was good. Although the dinner came out a bit cold due to pre-order. The breakfast had that little surprise bakery tray and the selection was either American or Thai. The beach and the water was flawless. Very nice, clean and shallow water to swim in. One complaint I had was the Wifi that didn't reached out all the way to my room. That is too bad. Otherwise, this establishment would have got five stars rating from me.

The air conditioning worked great and there was plenty of free water in the fridge. It was comfortable, quiet and peaceful to sleep) It’s like coming to your grandmother’s dacha, cozy, calm and comfortable, where they are waiting for you))) Very friendly staff and the hostess, she suggested everything, you can also rent a bike on the spot from the hostess for 250 Baht in day with a full tank of gas. Delicious breakfasts, scrambled eggs, sausages, vegetables, herbs, rice soup with meat, toast with jam, coffee, fruit, hot water in the cooler around the clock. On the day of eviction, we were taken by car to the ferry for free☺️ We were satisfied! I recommend to all! 🔥 We will definitely come back again! Thank you for a great vacation❤️

Hotel has character . Rooms great and clean . Will come here again . Made a huge mistake by booking stay at hotel Xanadu on beach to be totally stuffed around re check in . Would have been better staying here and getting to swimming beaches on moto . There is a market 5mins walk offering freshly cooked seafood , chicken , fried rice and fresh juice . Do yourself a favour and stay here

AAnika PThis was a perfect budget hotel. Very clean, and the included breakfast was good. Free coffee all day as well! It was easy to take a Songthaew to any beach on the island, and there were plenty of good dining options in walking distance of the hotel, although they were not open very late, as most people go to Koh Larn as a day trip from Pattaya. I definitely recommend this hotel, you can't beat it for the price!

You can rent a motorcycle from the school for 300 baht (overnight).

The accommodation is on the 3rd floor in front of the beach. You can always walk down to play in the water. No matter how many rounds you go, it's comfortable, not crowded, not uncomfortable because the layout is good. The transfer is quite private.
2. Facilities
Check in early Even on the rooftop which I thought would be very hot But camping is good and not hot. Because there is a small Phil-Air fan that is cool, you can take a nap during the day and get some exercise. There are 2 bottles of water and towels provided. Shared bathrooms are separated for men and women. Clean. When people don't bump into each other, it's not a problem (there are towels + soap: conditioner, etc., bring your own).
3. Safety is good.
There is a divider between the Chinese tour group on the 2nd floor and the accommodation on the 3rd floor, and there is a maid. Welcoming at the front and at night, there is a security guard guarding the entrances and exits, there are lockers provided, and there is a key to lock the tent.
4. Have a simple breakfast buffet.
5. Restaurant service/bar at night below/Amazon/massage shop, red banknote toy machine
Plenty of photo spots, both upstairs (inside or outside) and downstairs. If you want to save money, 7'11 is located next door. The price is slightly higher. If it's convenient, you don't have to carry it from the shore. I recommend the peach ice cream in 7'11, delicious. I love it, haha. And there's fresh seafood grilled below in front of the building.
6. Convenient to travel, there is a shuttle.
You can board a large boat at the pier in front of the house. It doesn't have to be a speedboat and take 2 rows (walk from the pier in front of the house to the front of the temple. Brother Song Thaew is kind). There is a boat trip back in the morning. For those who return quickly Who doesn't want to wait to get to Tawaen Beach pier? Speedboat costs 200฿ round trip. The driver delivers good service and stops at viewpoints. Thank you

The 3rd floor area, both inside the room, outside the room, and the bathroom, is clean.
Recommended. Don't hesitate to reserve accommodation. Because personally On this trip, we went together as two mothers and children. We were worried about everything above. But it answers all questions.

EElenaThe room in reality did not match what is in the photo in the description, especially the bathroom, it was completely different (worse), + there was an unpleasant smell. The hostess of the hotel was absent, we were settled by a girl who speaks only Cambodian, with difficulty it turned out through an interpreter that she didn’t know anything and was generally “just a neighbor”, the hostess of the hotel never appeared all the time and we were unable to find out why the room differs from the description on the booking site or change it. Strange hotel, disappointing, for the money you can find better options on the island.

GGuest UserThe room ,location is very good but one thing is the water service, its run out of water. It happens that after we go for a swimming when we arrived at the room around 9pm,there is no water at all, but the guy / receptionist ( i think ) transfer us on the other hotel room ( i think it is same company but different name ) after that everything is okay. The responds is very quick, if you need something they are there to assist. But need to improved this kind of problem, but is highly recommended.
