One of the hearts of Koh Lanta, warm with welcome and service from everyone, impressed with the room, restaurant, breakfast room, inexpensive price, very spacious room, proportionate, very soft bed, soul-sucking bed, soft pillow, comfortable sleep, complete equipment, nothing missing, a lot of breakfast to choose from, the view is very good, definitely have to go back to stay again.

Reception staff are sometimes unfriendly and overworked. Breakfast has a large selection, but unfortunately, it's the same every day. A bit more variety would have been appreciated. For pool rooms, it's a long way to breakfast and the beach. The hotel has four vehicles, but usually only one is in use, and then the reception staff becomes very unfriendly.
Service staff are very friendly. Some of the reception staff don't speak Thai. The rooms and air conditioning are good, but the mattresses need replacing.
After rain, there's a lot of water on the terrace, and your feet always get wet when you go to the toilet or sink. Unfortunately, mosquito nets are also missing.
Food, drinks, and excursions at the hotel are significantly overpriced.

It was perfect! The staff were absolutely fantastic! The resort is beautiful and very clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I highly recommend it. If we're back on Koh Lanta, we'll definitely stay at the Twin Lotus!
