We had the best, best time. Such a peaceful, beautiful place. The staff were amazing, took us everywhere we wanted to go, booked our trips and transfers and were always around to help. So glad we decided to stay here and we hope we get to visit again in the future. Great location for beaches and restaurants.

+ spacious room + great bed - laundry service. They lost several items in the laundry, including a pair of pants and a shirt. They don't take you seriously and don't come up with a solution. DO NOT TAKE THE LAUNDRY SERVICE HERE! - lots of mosquitoes - dirty scooter helmets - clogged shower drain (full of hair) - swimming pool was not clean - clean-up once every 2 days (so not clean towels every day) - long walk (7km) to the lively part of Koh Lanta (walking street) - hotel offers taxis from 250bth per person. Taxis cost 100bth per person. DO NOT TAKE A TAXI VIA HOTEL.
