As a five-star hotel, the hygiene is really bad. There were cockroaches in the room on the first night. Fortunately, I killed them, otherwise I would have lived uneasy for the next few days. There was a plate of fruit covered with small insects every day for breakfast. The swimming pool only cleaned the big pool, and the small pool next to it was full of leaves every day and no one cleaned it. I understand that the island is indeed more primitive, but it is really hard to accept that there are cockroaches in a five-star hotel. We went to the promenade leading to the sea in the photo, but found that there was no promenade when we got there, and felt cheated. The hotel facilities are very old, much older than another Layana. At first, the phone in my room was broken, and then they said that I could only contact their front desk through WhatsApp or Line, which was speechless. The phone didn't work, and I could only use two apps that can't be used in China, and the hotel often called tuktuk, which means that every time I find the front desk, I have to make a long-distance call? ! It's really not very friendly to Chinese guests. Later, after communicating with the front desk, we were given a room with a phone that could be dialed. The attitude was also reluctant, and he took the initiative to hang up my phone. The service is 3.5 points for the guy who helped with the suitcases and the breakfast staff who greeted us with a smile every day. By the way, the hotel said they don’t have a king-size bed room, and they always put two beds together... The air conditioner is also quite old and noisy. The only good thing is that the breakfast is quite rich and the large swimming pool is OK. Anyway, I will definitely not stay at their hotel when I go to Lanta in the future.

I found the hotel clean, and the service was very good. I think it lacks a bit of modernity. The location is very good, but I think a hotel further south on the island would be more attractive for a more peaceful stay.

It is a resort hotel on Lanta Island, with a private beach, an infinity pool, three restaurants, and a few buffet dinners every month. I ate there once, but it was not so good. I felt more comfortable in the pool bar, enjoying the sea breeze, drinking and watching the sunset. It only takes a few dozen minutes to get to Rock Island, which is very convenient.

The hotel is great! We upgraded to a sea view room and saw a beautiful sunset. There was a ***** New Year event on the first day of the Chinese New Year, which was very thoughtful. Recommended!
