Médiocre
A notre arrivée, une grande surprise nous attendait. La chambre numero 6 : la porte d'entrée ajourée..., le matelas moisi...., le tapis de bains qui ressemble plus à une serpillère...sinon le menage etait fait. Confort tres sommaire.
Nous vous demandons un geste commercial pour ces désagréments.

This place has potential but obviously the problem is indifferent staff and management. Standard of room cleaning is bad (we had a small warren and a random black lump on the bathroom floor, and sand on the sofa), no one seems to be taking care of the beach area, no beach towels available, bed was hard like laying on a wooden box. We paid 70€ per night for a bungalow with beach view, would have expected more. AC maintenance was also neglected and for that reason it was very weak and gathered ice inside, making horrible sound. A frog came to the bathroom from the floor drain on both nights. Ceiling is full of splashes, everything requires urgent renovation. We are not coming back to this place - The two points for good places nearby (Devy, Jaeb’s). Simple can be very good and enjoyable but in New Ozone if felt like they have given up even trying to keep it in a shape. Even the road to enter this place is in a very bad condition.
