Short walk to the beach. Access to the hotel by road can be annoying due to the distance from Uturn bays. Lovely young girl checked us in from her lounge room. The room was amazing. Big, comfortable and very nice.

Excellent hotel for its location. Five minutes walk to the beach. Good service from the owners. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Daily cleaning. You can rent a moped for a reasonable fee. Sometimes there are problems with Wi-Fi.

Fresh bungalow, good renovation and plumbing, excellent water pressure, wonderful terrace. The air conditioner is tired and needs to be washed. In the evening there were mosquitoes, the fumigator with Mosquitol plates did the job. Convenient path to the best beach on the island. In the evening, walking along the main street is unpleasant, the road is dusty, not lit everywhere, it is better by moped or car, applies to any hotel in the area.

Great rooms. Really clean and spacious. Safe baby crib too. We stayed here for five nights- 5 minute walk to the beach to a restaurant. Great location if you have a scooter or like to stay in one location - a little far from the pier if you want to be where everything is happening. The rooms are really great though and the staff are lovely. New clean hotel. (Plus we were able to put the baby crib around the corner a little so she couldn’t see us when going to sleep.)

Wonderful stay
Wonderful stay from checkin to checkout.
Room was quiet and comfortable with excellent AC, very high speed wifi, awesome TV and newly installed bathroom.
Staff was 5 stars: kind, anticipating needs and consistently exceeding expectations.
Location is steps away from the island's nicest beach and restaurants.
Whole heartedly recommend.

Liam is a wonderful host. He even picked us up from the pier, making it very easy to get to our room with all of our luggage. He was very accommodating, polite, and helpful. He gave great recommendations for nearby places to eat. The hotel is walking distance to the beach, which is absolutely gorgeous. This is a great option for your stay on Ko Lanta.
