They said that the cleaner had gone off work and would come to clean tomorrow, and there was no apology. I complained to Ctrip, and someone finally came to clean. Ctrip's customer service is okay. But the amazing thing is that when I took a shower that night, there was no hot water. I went to the front desk to find someone again, and they came to tinker with it for a long time, saying that they couldn't fix it, and there was no other place to take a shower. How could this be possible? It was such a hot island, and the air conditioning in the room didn't work. It was very hot and sweaty. How could I sleep without taking a shower? I asked him to continue to work, and after more than half an hour, there was finally some warm water, not too hot, so I could only take a shower. On the fourth day, I thought that since I had complained the day before, the hotel would be cleaned today. There was a sign saying "make up room" at the door, but no one came to clean and replace the wet towels. I really didn't have the energy to argue again at night. I will never go to this hotel again. I have never seen such bad service in any hotel. In addition, the air conditioning in the room was insufficient. In the afternoon, it was hotter in the room than outside. The hotel breakfast didn't have many varieties, but it was filling. There was no lunch or dinner in the hotel. To eat at other restaurants on the beach, you need to walk through a section of beach with a height difference and a small stream. It was pitch black without a road, and you need to use the flashlight function of your mobile phone. Or you can take a taxi to eat. In addition, there is no small supermarket nearby, which is not very convenient. The beach of the hotel is a black stone beach, and you can't swim. There is a swimming pool, but there is no parasol on the lounge chair area by the pool, so you can only play in the water when the sun is about to set.

The location is average. There is nothing opposite the hotel. It takes about 5 minutes on a motorcycle to get to 711. You can't go anywhere in Lanta without a motorcycle. But there are 4 bars on the beach next to the hotel, which is good. You can eat something on the beach and enjoy the sea breeze at night, which is nice.

The room is large but the facilities are simple. The place where you live is far from the food. If you can't ride a motorcycle, it is very inconvenient to travel. You can go to the beach at the door, there are a lot of sea cucumbers, but the quality of the beach next to it is not good and you can't swim

The room facilities are average, the hotel service is basically non-existent, towels are not replaced, bottled water is not replenished proactively, but the hotel location and scenery are unbeatable
