Celebrated my mom’s birthday. We enjoyed our stay, loved the pool and our room was spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast is great, wish it had pancakes or waffles for vegetarians. The hotel is located at the heart of Knysna- short stroll to the waterfront, plenty of restaurants& activities. Parking is available on site for ZAR30 p/ night and tourism levy is ZAR30 p/ night. Our check in was 30 minutes late, (14:30) bit disappointed, but we understand it was peak period. Otherwise highly recommend and will definitely return!

There is an authentic Chinese restaurant next to it. Parking is very convenient and the room is okay.

Beautiful hotel facing the lagoon. Check in was not a smooth process due to a room mix up. The service from the staff was outstanding. The room I checked into was very nice, spacious, clean with a beautiful view of the lagoon. The food was delicious. The hotel is a bit far from the city center/waterfront. Overall experience was outstanding. I look forward to visiting this place again in summer.

Although we changed three room types within 24 hours, in the end, the hotel manager promised to give us a room type that we would definitely be satisfied with. So, we stayed in a single-family vacation room. It has a kitchen, living room and dining room on the first floor, and a kitchen on the second floor. There are two suites. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room open onto the green turf. It is very pleasant to take a walk outdoors at sunset. In the evening, I fried steak and paired it with red wine and turned on the TV to watch the Olympics. It was a perfect day.
