Beautiful waterfront apartment. Great central place to stay with amazing views. Everything we needed was there. Swimming and fishing in front of our apartment was so much fun and the water was amazing. We will definitely be back x

Perfection at its best and what incredible service from Liselle. We were so blown away at the amazing, we'll maintained complex, location was a huge bonus and having the boat safe and at our doorstep was amazing. Our unit was clean, we'll maintained and everything was perfect.

Stunning 3 bedroom unit. Kitchen well equipped including iron and ironing board. Washing machine and tumble dryer. Very comfortable stay. The ground unit opened up on to the grassed area which extended the patio area. Loved it!

First apartment we were put in was dirty old and not like the pictures when we booked. Liselle changed the apartment immediately and it was much better, hot water iffy at best. The apartment was well equipped easy walk to restaurants, great views.

No hand wash soap provided for use after using toilet. Very cold, we were told to sleep with most of our clothes on as heating was poor- one small heater for a 3-bedroom apartment. Electricity main switch kept tripping on use of appliances. Electricity box: metal wires exposed which were a danger to health & life; we were told to turn electricity on from here as mains kept tripping because of insufficient ampereage. Additionally, the attitude of the management personnel was an eye opener. Overall avoidable place.

OMGoodness, what a property. Beautifully positioned to not only take in the natural features of Knysna's Lagoon, but actually frames it! Beautifully decorated and had just what one needed. Made my wife and i feel like our home could do with the same kind of decluttering. A coffee plunger was the only thing missing. I saw that they had a pod Nespresso machine, but wasn't prepared for that. Booking and info leading upto the visit was slick and simply explained. Car's wheels needing to be directly on the pressure pads in order to activate the remote control gates could be emphasised as this was confussing. Unit was cool on account of the time of year but had more than ample heating. Towels and bedding were luxurious. Access to sport channel would make the Dad's happier, but was also good to take a break i guess. I've told at least 5 friends of the Laguna Grove since our experience. Will be our go-to place when ever we visit Knysna. Just hope the other units in the complex are as tastfully decorated and generously hosted.
