The location was a bit far from my actual activities and the surroundings didn't feel safe. City noise levels was apparent.

The place was super clean and comfortable.Location is just perfect,close to everything.The staff was amazing friendly and helpful.I will definitely recommend this place and will stay there again.

we stayed for 10 days over Christmas and new Year taking all 4 Chalets. the staff were wonderful and the accommodation fantastic. the chalets and braais were cleaned daily, and dishes washed daily. I would recommend the accommodation.

My family and I stay here every year that we come to Knysna. It never disappoints, wonderful managerial staff and cleaning staff. We always receive a warm welcome and great service. A great place to relax with a beautiful view of the lagoon. I highly recommend
