Really good location, just a little tricky finding the drive in entrance from Google maps. Clean and spacious room, great view, nice surrounding area for walking.

Came here for a quick business trip and it was super easy in and out. Very accommodating. Hotel is super clean and fresh. Looks brand new. Read some reviews about staying in the park side for quietness and it was super quiet. Slept like a rock! Market square is a 10 min walk but I have a bum ankle so I asked if they had a shuttle and yup! Simon was the absolute best.. Gave me a quick tour of the scene, made some recommendations for food (Stock and Barrel) that turned out to be a home run.. And I called them back and he was there within 5 mins to pick me up. Felt like I got a nice little taste of Knoxville in my shirt period of time. Great service! Thanks Knoxville! I'll be back!

The room rate was tripled because it was a game weekend. However, we never had our room serviced even though we were there 3 nights. The amenities in the bathroom were limited to wall mounted soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The room was fairly susceptible to outside noises, the worst being garbage dumpsters being emptied below our room before 5:00 AM. There was also some freeway noise.

Great hotel. Outstanding service. Elizabeth the manager was really helpful with my complex reservation and made sure that my family got adjoining rooms. Shuttle to town is an extra nice benefit too. Rest of front desk staff was helpful too - all of this on a hectic game weekend. Go Vols!

The shower was broken. I called down to the front desk and was told that “engineering would come up”. After waiting an hour, nobody showed up. The problem,other than a broken shower, was that I had to catch a flight and couldn’t wait any further. The shade in the room was also broken. Not a big deal as I was on the 11th floor but…

We stayed here for a wedding and Simon was extremely welcoming from the moment we walked in the hotel. He helped us with excellent service & was very accommodating. He is the type of person I’d want welcoming me every time we go to a stay away from home. He was phenomenal and made our stay extra enjoyable

An ideal hotel for a visit to UTK or Knoxville. Great location. Recently remodeled, it’s a traditional full service Marriott. Very nice spacious lobby with a full service bar / restaurant. Clean, modern rooms. And outstanding customer service. Mason at the front desk did a great job with us during our stay. Also, the woman in the M club (I can’t remember her name!) was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Brand new hotel. Everything is amazing. The gym is very decent (for a hotel) with brand new machines. All the staff were really nice to us, valet guys, reception… And Nina at the M-Club is the best. She is super helpful and really nice. It’s been a pleasure

Mason was amazing at check in. He and Kieran were welcoming and cheerful. Mason offered evening dining and socializing suggestions; offered maps and provided information on a free black car shuttle. Mason looked professional and his demeanor was everything you want in your first experience at the hotel
