The hotel is very modern but isn’t the cleanest. Our room never got cleaned during our 5 night stay and half way through I asked the staff if that was normal and they assured me our room would be cleaned and restocked the next day and it never was. When we checked out we had planned to talk to the staff about it but she was more interested on watching what was on her phone then asking us about our stay.

The hotel was pretty clean and very presentable. I enjoyed my stay. I even got to play pool in the lobby with family. Housekeepers were great. Justy and Sihter were such nice housekeepers. The location of the hotel is conveniently placed around tons of stores.

The hotel is very customer oriented! They have taken care of us as if we were family- front the front desk (Jessica and others), lounge, breakfast, and housekeeping (Justy and Sihter). Even though I do not know all the names, everyone has been awesome! Location is great - close to Turkey Creek. This is my second time here and will be my future hotel to stay!

My family and I traveled to aloft Knoxville in July. I would like to give special thanks to Justy in housekeeping. He was the lady that works together treated us very nice. Whatever I asked of them they always made sure we received it. If they saw us on the elevator they would speak.

Could be a little cleaner, but staff friendly at front desk. The bar is overpriced and seemed watered down ($15). My husband ask the bartender if he would change channel from CNN to sports and he said no. Next night went to a place called Tennessee Tap House not far from hotel. Great drinks and food! Reasonably priced and great atmosphere, lots of tvs with sports on! If ever in town again will definitely go there! Would stay at this hotel again, but would avoid bar.
