Comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check out was extremely easy and hassle free. Lots of shopping and restaurants in close proximity you can even walk if you want. I definitely would stay here again if I am in the area.

Staff was very professional. Always nice to have a hot breakfast. Room was clean and quiet. this is my eighth time coming to this particular hotel. I love the location. I love the hotel just love it.!! I tried to come back to this hotel once or twice a year great price as well

We visit family in Knoxville every spring and fall. We always stay at Baymont/Cedar Bluff. We have never experienced anything less than friendly and professional service from the staff here. The morning breakfast is always good and well prepared. We recommend Baymont highly.

We got in really late and Tristan was happy to greet us. What a great dude! Its an older place, but inside and out the motel was pretty well kept up, and our room was clean and quiet. My only complaint is the bed was too firm. Even with that, the service was excellent.

Spacious and clean room. Decent breakfast. Great location, near restaurants and centrally located. TV had a glitch in order to get it to work and telephone didn’t work but manager cleared things up quickly. Often no one available for some time at the desk even in the middle of the day if you need extra towels, etc. Would stay here again for the well priced hotel.

Great staff and service! The front desk was very helpful with all of our requests and the breakfast was very good. Our server Eileen took care of our every request and need. Super convenient location for our stay. We always enjoy staying here!

The room was clean, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast was as advertised. The internet did not work. I did not report the issue as I was in a hurry, so I'm not sure whether they would have solved the issue quickly or not. Otherwise, this was a good hotel for the price.
