This place is awful it stunk the room was full of black mold..They had *********** walking the parking lot jumping into truck drivers cabs they were doing ***** right in the parking lot throwing ******** out in the opening where any child could have gotten access to them..They had ***** being sold out the parking lot cars in and out sometimes same car 3 or more times a night..They were rude and also I have a five week old baby who was kept up all night due to loud music partying outside my door and I called office to report it to find out they to were outside as well partying..Well the following day I called cooperate and made a complaint within 10 minutes the office calls saying I have to leave which I was anyway but when I asked why they say bc you told cooperate and I was paid up for two more days and I requested a refund since I didn’t use them and was out before 11 to get told no..Then they kept my deposit they charged me $200 for that and $65 a night for a service dog with paperwork and a identification card I showed at check in and I called trying to get my fee back for service dog and my deposit and refund for room I paid up for and they only thing they found was a charge for the room..

The place is a dump. It is literally falling apart. The walkways are all peeling off and a stairway handrail was falling over. The room was small and tight. The staff member was snarky when we asked for a room that was not on the first floor. We did not even unpack between the room and the property. We cancelled our room.

Beds are old and uncomfortable. Price was $100 a night with taxes. Rooms were only ok. The room was clean enough but the adjoining room door was warped at the top but still locked. Only room I could get with 2 beds because of UT graduation. Bedspread were old green and thin. Bathroom small but was good enough

Checked in. Entered the room, than checked out without using.
Asked the person at the desk for a refund.
Room did not meet with expectations.
I got charged nevertheless.

The elevator was scary. Wasn’t sure if it was going to make it. The sheets on the bed were very wrinkled and I found a hair in the bathtub.

Survived the stay.
Room had been previously a smoking room. Had significant mold in bathroom and missing grout with water damage. Room itself very small and outdated. The mini fridge was sticky to the touch. AC unit cycled and room went from stuffy to freezing. Definitely not worth $163.
